Lotus LED builds this 9 Watt 4" Super Thin Round Recessed LED Downlight - 4100K for kitchens, hallways and finished basements.

It draws 50W, and the output is 4100K. It runs on 120V, 277V and 347V with TRIAC dimming. It is sealed to IP54, and cUL and Energy Star certified. The finish is white.

The two specs that decide a downlight are cut-out size and whether insulation will contact the housing; get those right and the rest is preference. Check the cut-out diameter against the existing hole before ordering a retrofit, and confirm whether the ceiling assembly needs an IC-rated or fire-rated housing.
