Every order is confirmed by quote before anything ships, and delivery timing is confirmed along with pricing and stock — so what follows is how the charges work, not a promise made before we have seen your order.

GTA delivery

• Orders over $500: free delivery anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area.
• Orders under $500: delivery at cost, quoted with the order.

Canada-wide

We ship across Canada at cost. Shipping is quoted with the order, so you see the number before committing.

Pickup — free

Collect your order from our counter at 3155 Pepper Mill Court, Mississauga, ON L5L 4X7, open Sunday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed Saturday). Wait for the quote confirmation before driving in — this is a pickup counter and office, not a retail floor, and confirmation is what guarantees your material is ready.

Timing

Lead times vary by product and quantity, so they are confirmed on the quote — usually the same business day you send it. If a line item would hold up the rest of the order, we say so, and partial delivery can be arranged on request.
