Votatec builds this 4 Inch Round Retrofit LED Downlight 9W 5cct 120V for kitchens, hallways and finished basements.

Output is field-selectable between 9W, 7.5W and 6W, and a CCT switch covers 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K. It runs on 120V with ELV and TRIAC dimming. The housing is damp-location listed, and the fixture is cETL, Energy Star and DLC certified. The finish is white.

Check the cut-out diameter against the existing hole before ordering a retrofit, and confirm whether the ceiling assembly needs an IC-rated or fire-rated housing. The two specs that decide a downlight are cut-out size and whether insulation will contact the housing; get those right and the rest is preference.
