A 8 Inch 5cct Commercial LED Downlight 40W 120-347V for new-build ceilings and retrofit cut-ins alike, from Votatec.

A selector sets the output to 40W, 35W, 30W, 26W and 22W, and the same body switches between 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K. It runs on 347V with a dimmable driver. The housing is wet-location listed, and the fixture is cETL and Energy Star certified.

Check the cut-out diameter against the existing hole before ordering a retrofit, and confirm whether the ceiling assembly needs an IC-rated or fire-rated housing. The two specs that decide a downlight are cut-out size and whether insulation will contact the housing; get those right and the rest is preference.
