This LotusLED 18W 8" Economy Super Thin Recessed Light - Black from Lotus LED is intended for residential ceilings where a low profile matters.

The load is 18W. It runs on 120V and 347V with TRIAC and 0-10V dimming. It is wet-location listed, and cUL, Energy Star and CSA certified. The finish is black.

The two specs that decide a downlight are cut-out size and whether insulation will contact the housing; get those right and the rest is preference. Check the cut-out diameter against the existing hole before ordering a retrofit, and confirm whether the ceiling assembly needs an IC-rated or fire-rated housing.
