This 18W 8" Round LED Economy Recessed Light from Lotus LED is intended for new-build ceilings and retrofit cut-ins alike.

Rated draw is 18W, and the same body switches between 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K. It runs on 120V and 347V with TRIAC and 0-10V dimming. The housing is wet-location listed, and the fixture is cUL and CSA certified. The finish is white.

Check the cut-out diameter against the existing hole before ordering a retrofit, and confirm whether the ceiling assembly needs an IC-rated or fire-rated housing. The two specs that decide a downlight are cut-out size and whether insulation will contact the housing; get those right and the rest is preference.
